How do I reserve my date for Wadley Farms?

Contact us via the contact form on our website or email us at info@wadleyfarms. To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract.

Do we get exclusive access to each building during our day-of rental?

When you rent The Barn & The Railroad Building you have exclusive access to those buildings with your rental. During the summer months (Apr-Sept), you automatically get exclusive use of the gardens surrounding both buildings. When you rent The Castle you will have exclusive access to The Castle with your rental. During the summer months (Apr-Sept), you automatically get exclusive use of the gardens surrounding The Castle.

Can we bring in our own food or hire our own caterer?

For rental of The Barn or The Railroad Building, you are able to bring in your own prepared food or hire the caterer of your choice. Our kitchen is available to use for food that needs to be kept warm or cool. For rental of The Castle, you are required to use one of our recommended caterers. You can find a list of our highly recommended vendors here.

Can we take pictures at Wadley Farms?

Yes! Please call or e-mail us to set up the day and time you would like to come. Photography appointments are available Monday through Saturday as long as we don’t have a scheduled event and are by appointment only. We are not open on Sundays. If you have an event scheduled with us there is no cost to do pictures. If you do not have an event scheduled with us the cost is $100 per hour.

Can I reschedule or change my event date?

Rescheduling an event is subject to availability and is dependent on how far in advance you ask to reschedule. Please contact us for more information.

What is the duration of our rental?

Wadley Farms is available for rental from 2pm-10pm (8 hours) and 10am-10pm (12 hours). A la carte hours for events are also available - please contact us for more information.

Do you have any specials for destination weddings?

Yes, we love hosting destination weddings! We have even created a special package built especially with destination weddings in mind. Follow this link to learn more about our destination wedding package.

Do you allow outdoor ceremonies year-round?

Yes. Outdoor ceremonies are weather-dependent and vary by season. Typically, we do not schedule outdoor ceremonies from October through March.

What’s included in your all-inclusive packages?

Our all-inclusive offering features full-day access to both primary venues (The Castle and The Barn), including the surrounding gardens and vineyard. It also includes nightly rental of our three on-site accommodations—the Rustic Loft, Chateau, and Hermitage—with a discounted rate when booking all three together.

How many guests can you accommodate?

The Castle: Up to 200 seated (ceremony/dinner) and up to 350 open-flow guests. The Barn: Up to 100 seated (ceremony/dinner) and up to 250 open-flow guests.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, ample on-site parking is available for guests.

Do you offer affordable packages for small weddings?

We offer standard daily or hourly rental rates based on the date. Pricing varies by day of the week, season, and whether the event falls on a weekend.

Do you offer on-site lodging?

Yes. We offer three unique on-site rentals. More information can be found here.

How far in advance should I book?

Prime weekends generally book one year in advance. Early inquiry is recommended.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. We can accommodate late check-ins, but please notify us in advance.

How do I access the property?

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided on the morning of your arrival, including directions to the apartment and door codes for access. If needed earlier for planning, please reach out and we are happy to accommodate.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is reserved parking available. Look for the sign marked “Reserved Parking” to the right of the south side gate entrance of the apartment building. Additional public parking spaces are also available if needed.

Are pets allowed?

We apologize, but we do not allow pets in our rentals at Wadley Farms.

Can I host gatherings or events in the apartment?

No, we do not permit any gatherings or events, including those for wedding groups, before or after events. We kindly ask guests to respect our policy and the residential nature of the area.

Is there a noise policy?

Yes, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

Are there any nearby attractions or amenities?

Absolutely! We’re happy to provide recommendations for nearby trails, parks, restaurants, fitness studios, and other attractions. Just let us know your interests, and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Can I explore the property during my stay?

While you’re welcome to explore Wadley Farms, events take place most evenings from 4-9pm, so we ask guests to be mindful of ongoing activities.

Is the apartment child-friendly?

Yes, we welcome families with children. However, please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially around stairs and balconies.

What if I encounter any issues during my stay?

Don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. We live on the property and are readily available to assist with any concerns or emergencies.

Can I extend my stay or make changes to my reservation?

We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or extensions to your reservation. Please reach out to us as soon as possible with your request, and we’ll work together to find a solution. What is your booking and cancellation policy?

A required 50% deposit of the total stay is collected at the time of reservation. A receipt will be sent via email within 48 hours. The remaining reservation balance is charged to the card on file at 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in full and are non-refundable. You can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival for a full refund LESS a $50 handling fee per reservation. Reservations canceled after 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
