The Railroad Building showcases elegant hardwood flooring, a cozy fireplace, and inviting French doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space to the picturesque garden outside. The Barn combines rustic and elegance by using rough beams, a grand chandelier, two fireplaces, cathedral ceiling, and a wrought iron balcony. Just steps from The Barn is a vine wraped gazebo surrounded by elegant gardens.

The Castle boasts cobblestone courtyards, majestic stone towers, and a grand staircase, all ensconced by lush vineyards and vibrant gardens, creating an enchanting ambiance like no other.

The 4500 sq ft Great Hall features two grand staircases and a 38 ft fireplace. The second floor includes an elegant bride’s dressing room complete with a balcony overlooking the vineyards, a groom’s dressing room, and an 1,800 ft upper chamber with a fireplace. There are up to four breakout rooms for private meetings or dining. Our full service kitchen includes onsite catering incorporating produce from Wadley Farms’ gardens, orchards, and vineyards. Some features of The Castle include high speed Wifi, a professional sound system, LCD projector and an 18 ft drop down screen.
This turn of the century building can be used for an intimate dinner party, meeting, ceremony, or as part of your garden reception. It will accommodate up to 40 guest for a sit-down meal, or up to 100 guests for an indoor ceremony. When using the Railroad Building along with the garden area we can accommodate up to 350 guests for an open house reception. April through September rental of the Railroad Building includes the use of the surrounding garden.
The Barn has dramatic arched wood beams, vaulted ceilings, a grand staircase, slate floors, 2 fireplaces, and a beautiful balcony. It is the ideal location for receptions, dinners, business meetings, luncheons, and Christmas parties. The Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner and up to 350 guests for an open house reception. April through September rental of The Barn includes the surrounding garden area.

How do I reserve my date for Wadley Farms?
When you rent The Barn & The Railroad Building you have exclusive access to those buildings with your rental. During the summer months (Apr-Sept), you automatically get exclusive use of the gardens surrounding both buildings. When you rent The Castle you will have exclusive access to The Castle with your rental. During the summer months (Apr-Sept), you automatically get exclusive use of the gardens surrounding The Castle.
Do we get exclusive access to each building during our day-of rental?
For rental of The Barn or The Railroad Building, you are able to bring in your own prepared food or hire the caterer of your choice. Our kitchen is available to use for food that needs to be kept warm or cool. For rental of The Castle, you are required to use one of our recommended caterers. You can find a list of our highly recommended vendors here.
Can we bring in our own food or hire our own caterer?
Yes! Please call or e-mail us to set up the day and time you would like to come. Photography appointments are available Monday through Saturday as long as we don’t have a scheduled event and are by appointment only. We are not open on Sundays. If you have an event scheduled with us there is no cost to do pictures. If you do not have an event scheduled with us the cost is $100 per hour.
Can we take pictures at Wadley Farms?
Rescheduling an event is subject to availability and is dependent on how far in advance you ask to reschedule. Please contact us for more information.
Can I reschedule or change my event date?
Wadley Farms is available for rental from 2pm-10pm (8 hours) and
10am-10pm (12 hours).
What is the duration of our rental?
Yes, we do allow sparklers. We do not allow any other fireworks.
