The Railroad Building showcases elegant hardwood flooring, a cozy fireplace, and inviting French doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space to the picturesque garden outside. The Barn combines rustic and elegance by using rough beams, a grand chandelier, two fireplaces, cathedral ceiling, and a wrought iron balcony. Just steps from The Barn is a vine wraped gazebo surrounded by elegant gardens.

The 4500 sq ft Great Hall features two grand staircases and a 38 ft fireplace. The second floor includes an elegant bride’s dressing room complete with a balcony overlooking the vineyards, a groom’s dressing room, and an 1,800 ft upper chamber with a fireplace. There are up to four breakout rooms for private meetings or dining. Our full service kitchen includes onsite catering incorporating produce from Wadley Farms’ gardens, orchards, and vineyards. Some features of The Castle include high speed Wifi, a professional sound system, LCD projector and an 18 ft drop down screen.

This turn of the century building can be used for an intimate dinner party, meeting, ceremony, or as part of your garden reception. It will accommodate up to 40 guest for a sit-down meal, or up to 100 guests for an indoor ceremony. When using the Railroad Building along with the garden area we can accommodate up to 300 guests for an open house reception. April through September rental of the Railroad Building includes the use of the surrounding garden.
The Barn has dramatic arched wood beams, vaulted ceilings, a grand staircase, slate floors, 2 fireplaces, and a beautiful balcony. It is the ideal location for receptions, dinners, business meetings, luncheons, and Christmas parties. The Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner and up to 300 guests for an open house reception. April through September rental of The Barn includes the surrounding garden area.

Castle Rental: Includes exclusive access to The Castle and, during summer months (Apr-Sept), the surrounding gardens.
Barn & Railroad Building Rental: Includes exclusive access to both buildings and their shared gardens throughout the summer months.
All-Inclusive Options: We offer packages that can include full-day access to multiple venues and nightly rental of our on-site lodging (The Rustic Loft, Chateau, and Hermitage).
Full-day packages start at $7,000 (Barn) and $8,000 (Castle) and include venue access from 10 AM to 10 PM, ceremony setup, a luncheon or dinner, full event coordination, tables, chairs, linens, dressing rooms, and a music system.

The Castle: Accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated ceremony or dinner, and up to 350 for an open-flow reception.
The Barn: Accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated ceremony or dinner, and up to 250 for an open-flow reception.
Railroad Building: Ideal for smaller ceremonies or dinners of up to 40 seated guests.

The Castle: Catering must be selected from our list of preferred caterers to ensure the highest quality service for your event.
The Barn & Railroad Building: You are welcome to bring your own caterer or self-cater. Our kitchen facilities are available for keeping food warm or cool.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Alcohol policies vary by building.
The Castle: Alcohol (beer and wine only) is permitted when served by a licensed bartender. A privilege fee may apply.
The Barn & Railroad Building: Alcohol is generally not permitted in these buildings. Please verify specific policies with your coordinator.
Do you allow alcohol?
Outdoor ceremonies are weather-dependent. Typically, we do not schedule outdoor ceremonies from October through March due to Utah's winter weather, but our indoor spaces like the Great Hall or the Barn provide beautiful, climate-controlled alternatives.
Do you allow outdoor ceremonies year-round?
Yes. When you rent a specific venue (The Castle or The Barn/Railroad combo), you have exclusive access to that building. During the summer (Apr-Sept), this exclusivity extends to the gardens immediately surrounding your rented venue.
Do we get exclusive access to the venue?
Standard rental blocks are available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8 hours) or 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (12 hours).
Full-day packages run 10 AM to 10 PM. Half-day rentals (2 PM to 10 PM) start at $4,800 for the Barn or $5,600 for the Castle, with all-day upgrades available.
What are the rental duration options?
Yes! We love hosting destination weddings and offer specialized packages that can include venue access and on-site lodging to make planning easier for out-of-town couples.
Do you offer packages for destination weddings?
Yes, we allow sparklers for your grand exit! However, other forms of fireworks are not permitted.
