The Fine Print
The Barn and The Railroad Building at Wadley Farms: For reservation of The Barn or The Railroad Building at Wadley Farms we require a signed contract and a $700 non-refundable deposit. *There is an additional $250 cost for a ceremony during any of the 4-10 pm rental blocks. If you rent either building from 10-10 pm a ceremony is included in that price- meaning you do not have to pay the extra $250 ceremony cost. Catering is available. Ask us for details. Prices subject to change.
The Castle at Wadley Farms: To reserve a date, we require a signed contract and a $1000 non-refundable deposit.*Additional $250 for a ceremony during the 4 pm to 10 pm rental. All day rentals are from 10 am to 10 pm and include a ceremony for only $995 more. For ease of planning and value we have an on-site caterer: Craig Borlick with State Street Catering.
